The Planner Social by Charmed & Poised is a biennial social event established to foster community and cultivate relationships with individuals who love planning, journaling, scrapbooking, and stationery. The Planner Social is open to all, but hopes to specifically connect with individuals here in the DC, Maryland, Virginia area.
We are curating a sophisticated, enjoyable experience for any individual who has a passion for stationery, planning, organization, memory-keeping, and goal-setting. We aim to celebrate planner creatives by bringing them together for an intimate social event where they can gather to network, socialize, plan, and have fun.

About the Founder
Meet the founder of Charmed & Poised, LLC and host of The Planner Social—its signature event experience.
Cindy is an attorney and creative entrepreneur with a deep love for planning, journaling, organization, and all things stationery. She joined the planning community in 2016 and has been immersed in the world of paper, creativity, and intentional living ever since.
She is the founder of Charmed & Poised, LLC, a design studio specializing in elevated event design and creative experiences. What began as a small hand-lettered vinyl shop has evolved into a refined brand centered around thoughtful details, aesthetic storytelling, and community-driven experiences.
The Planner Social is a signature event experience by Charmed & Poised, LLC—created to bring together women in the DMV for connection, creativity, and intentional planning. Through this experience, Cindy is passionate about cultivating spaces where women can gather, feel inspired, and build meaningful community.
Her approach blends creativity with structure, bringing both artistic vision and professional precision to every experience she curates.
When she’s not working, you can find her spending time with her two miniature poodles, Teddy & Biscuit, reading romance and graphic novels, playing cozy video games, or indulging in good food and wine.
